We are a manufacturing workshop of machined metal parts for the industry in general. We are characterized by offering a high degree of quality at a competitive price.
The main activity of our machining company is the manufacture of custom-made metal and technical plastic parts, off-plan. We have the capacity and infrastructure to adapt to all types of demands.
In addition, we have a catalogue of standard parts manufactured in-house: metal parts for up-and-over doors and sliding doors.
Our technique
High quality and precision turning
Turning is the technique of manufacturing machined metal parts by automatically removing chips, using precision lathes and numerical control lathes.
From round, square, hexagonal bars, tubes and profiles, cutting, machining and milling operations are carried out to obtain all types of metal or plastic parts such as screws, nuts, axles, bolts, bushings…
Our story
Machining company since 1972
We are a family machining company that was founded in 1972. We have evolved over more than 50 years from a small workshop in Esplugues to our current facilities of more than 1,000 m2 in Sant Andreu de la Barca. We have the latest CNC technology machinery to manufacture components for the entire national market and various countries in Europe, especially France and Germany.
During our career, we have accumulated experience and full knowledge of the needs of the sector. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and this is reflected in our reputation and prestige, which is guaranteed by hundreds of customers satisfied with our work.
